DON’T FORGET TO WRITE IN YOUR START DATE & END DATE on your plan. If you want our techs to open your pool, be sure to call & schedule opening, then start chemical plan the week AFTER opening. You can extend your plan with a phone call to our office. However, no extensions without notification! We won’t assume!
Pay for your plan. In full or monthly. Monthly coupons are included along with the contract below! Openings, closings, or service work will be billed separately unless you opt for a money savings package. You can send your contract back to me by mail, fax, or email.
Mileage charge may be added if outside our Wichita Swimming Pool Service Area.
